Your Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Product Marketing Team, reporting to the Senior Product Manager.
This role is responsible for product and communication development lifecycle according to profitability terms, timing and execution processes within marketing specifications to ensure company new launch goals and terms.
Main areas of responsibility include:
* Developing and implementing new launches in terms of product development, communication and activation in store
* Managing the product portfolio: defining key product features (packaging, texture), price positioning according to brand strategy and investments
* Analyzing trends, competition and identifying new consumer insights
* Implementing launches at 360°: communication, retail products and follow-up of sales
* Creating and managing communication campaigns
* Supporting digital strategies of collections
* Analyzing the performances of the brand and competitors
* Improving launch performances and implementing strategies to maximize business objectives
What You Need to Succeed
* Degree or Master in Economics, Marketing or Business Management
* At least 3 years' experience in a product development role for a multinational company
* Proven experience track record in the Beauty industry, cross category (make-up, skincare, fragrances)
* Good knowledge of Beauty industry, trend and consumers
* Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
* Fluent in English
