As an Expert in Chapter Processes Optimization, you will join Plenitude Societa Benefit. In particular, the Chapter Process Optimization team analyzes, optimizes, and monitors processes, contributing to the achievement of retail market profitability objectives. This ensures the customer experience is maximized at all stages of the customer journey through the design of the Customer Experience and related processes.

Main activities
Contribute to the mapping, design and re-engineering of assigned operational processes (including sales, customer management, invoicing, self-care) to improve the Customer Experience, with the aim of creating a lasting and trusting alliance with the customer
Collaborate in the implementation of development and improvement projects for ancillary products such as insurance, HVAC, home appliance sales and Telco, as a process analyst up to release into production, also in agile mode and through the use of the main Business Process Modeling tools
Develop a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Marketing & Sales, Operations, Regulatory, and suppliers)
Promote development and improvement initiatives for the management of ancillary and product products in the Telco market, contributing to the drafting of appropriate business cases and bringing them to management approval according to company approval processes.
Required characteristics
Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Political Science or Computer Science; different and/or lower study paths will be considered in the event of significant experience in the field
At least 3 years of experience, preferably in Telco or Commodity companies
Knowledge of the following applications:

Suite Microsoft (Excel, DevOps, Powerpoint)
Good knowledge of the English language.
