Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions focused on ITSM and CMDB modules Implement and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and integrations in ServiceNow Configure and maintain the CMDB, ensuring accurate and complete data population Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers Ensure ServiceNow best practices and governance are followed across the implementation
Requisiti tecnici e qualifiche
Laurea triennale o magistrale, preferibilmente in Informatica, Sistemi Informativi o campo correlato Almeno 5 anni di esperienza come ServiceNow Developer Forte esperienza con scripting ServiceNow (JavaScript), Glide APIs e Flow Designer Conoscenza dei processi ITIL e esperienza pratica nell'implementazione in ServiceNow Certificazione ServiceNow Certified System Administrator obbligatoria; altre certificazioni (ITSM, CMDB, Discovery) sono un plus Proficienza in italiano e inglese, sia scritto che parlato
