PpOrganizational Change Management Analyst (Roma/Milano) /ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliHelp clients shape their transformation plans, identifying the opportunities for change, the value drivers that will make it successful, and shaping into their roadmap for change. /liliProvide hands‑on program and change management capabilities on large‑scale transformation and change programs for our varied clients. /liliLead or co‑coordinate relevant workstreams. /liliHelp set the vision, right culture of behaviors, and pace and momentum for change in that business or organisation. /liliSupport the design, implementation and management of transformation offices and the supporting infrastructure, in overseeing and directly changing and transformation. /liliArticulate a compelling case for change and coach Change Sponsors (and our own team) on messaging, influence and behaviour modelling for their teams. /liliDesign and delivery of change initiatives. /liliDemonstrate excellent client management and engagement skills. /li /ulh3Skills and Experience /h3ulliExperience of supporting the delivery of change and transformation projects, either within industry or a consultancy. /liliWorking knowledge and experience across different sectors and industries and the various scenarios and drivers creating the need for change. /liliUnderstanding change in the broader organisational context and the ability to provide functional guidance to support successful transitions. /liliInvolvement on the development and delivery of change and transformation strategies, associated implementation plans, business cases, and operating and governance structures. /liliExcellent PowerPoint and visual development skills. /liliEffective communication skills, both written and verbal as you will be in continuous contact with clients. /liliPreferred experience with CoPilot. /liliAppreciated knowledge of HR processes. /liliHave a real passion for technology and how it positively influences development of the workplace and employee roles and experience. /li /ulh3About You /h3ulliConsultative, collaborative, relationship builder. /liliResilient, adaptable, flexible. /liliIntellectually curious and passionate about tech. /liliStoryteller and engaging content creator. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliOpportunity to work for Microsoft's Global Alliance Partner of the Year (20 years in a row).
