Interactive Government Holdings (IGH) is seeking a qualified, trained and capable individual to serve as Project Manager for Army Community Services.
Position Requirements – Major Responsibilities (not all inclusive)
* Assist with recruiting and identifying highly quality candidates, train new hires and incumbents on new systems, procedures and processes.
* Collect data for reporting program progress and metrics for individuals and the program.
* Provide daily supervision and management to the Army Community Services Team and act as IGH’s primary conduit for information flow to and from team members and the COR for the contract.
* Accomplish Human Resources objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees for the team positions.
* Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraisal, and review contributions. Plan and review compensation actions while enforcing policies and procedures.
* Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, implementing and monitoring production, productivity, quality, and customer‑service standards.
* Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions as necessary by the customer or IGH leadership.
* Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
* Review, evaluate, and enhance all contract deliverables produced by each team member.
* Enhance the department and organizational reputation by accepting ownership of new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value.
* Establish and maintain a pipeline of target opportunities to ensure continued growth of the company.
* Conduct ongoing and routine outreach to existing and potential clients, identify, elevate, and resolve issues affecting successful project performance.
* Establish and maintain a close working relationship with subcontractors and prime contractor partners.
* Contribute to overall corporate strategy development in program management and business development.
* Coordinate security clearances for team members, ensure information is transferred into DEERS, and coordinate issuance of Common Access Cards.
* Execute onboarding tasks including assignment of a trusted agent for TASS activities.
* Coordinate with US Army Garrison Italy to conduct background checks and issue Common Access Cards.
* Monitor attendance and performance, approve timesheets daily.
* Conduct counseling of team members, document and take corrective actions.
* Administer PTO in accordance with the IGH Employee Handbook and ensure accurate reporting into online systems.
* Manage travel required to support the mission, review, approve, and submit reimbursement requests in a timely manner.
* Be knowledgeable of tasks required of Army Community Services team members.
Qualified Candidates Must Possess
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Possess or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
* Demonstrated staffing, planning, and people‑management skills
* Ability to manage profitability of the team and promote process improvement systems
* Sound financial management expertise with strategic strategy planning capabilities
* Expert skills at dealing with complex situations and analyzing complex data and information systems
* Expert performance‑management and personnel‑enhancement skills
* Ability to use Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Windows
* Operate a personal computer to input, store, retrieve, and manipulate data
* Strong organizational, detail‑oriented, customer‑oriented, positive mindset
* Experience working with military service members or their families
* Ability to prepare and deliver reports and presentations
Qualifications
* Fluent in written and oral English and Italian
* Two years experience managing similar Army personnel/community programs
