Posizione MISSION Contribute to define and implement an integrated Communication strategy increasing Brand visibility and awareness. Contribute to produce press contents to support launches. Coordinate the external relations network, ensuring alignment of local activities with central strategies, with the common goal of global PCO (Press Coverage Observatory) results. Oversee the writing and editing of event scripts, speeches, press releases and interviews. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES - Maximize editorial coverage from a qualitative and quantitative point of view & nourish the external relations network with strategies/ contents/guidelines - Contribute to produce and oversee all press material sustaining new hotel openings and launches - Coordinate and produce contents for the spoke people interviews - Work in synergy with the event team to coordinate all the press events - Manage daily media requests - Contribute to organize media visits and group press trips to the hotel properties including travel logistics and itineraries - Handle and manage mailing lists - Manage editorial photo-shoots during hotels opening and press events - Contribute to monitor budget - Handle the administrative back office operations (ODA, monthly expenses etc) - Monitor and analyze the global editorial coverage results and collect press clippings in systematic recaps - Establish a PR archive/library of information: ensure to maintain a record and archive of the hotels history, press visits, press releases, collateral, photography etc - Work in synergy with the Digital Team to coordinate social media activities and website for the hotels - Being available to travel abroad for long periods of time Profilo REQUIREMENTS: - 3 year experience in communication, PR or similar fields - Master Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Business Management or similar - Knowledge of the luxury hospitality industry - Fluent English and Italian - Good communication skills - Knowledge of budget & reporting techniques - Project Management - JOB NUMBER - BULG06129: - COUNTRY / REGION - Italy: - CITY - ROME: - CONTRACT TYPE - Permanent:
