The Global IT Workplace Manager will collaborate closely with the Service Management practice as part of the End User Services new team in the IT Operations department.You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance the efficiency, productivity, and collaboration of our employees across different regions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a comprehensive IT workplace strategy aligned with Amplifon's business objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT workplace requirements and enhancements, ensuring alignment with the company's mission.Oversee the budget for IT workplace initiatives, managing complex licensing structures (e.g. Microsoft EA), optimizing costs while maintaining high-quality services.Manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring effective collaboration, adherence to service level agreements, and strategic alignment.Lead outsourcing projects related to IT workplace services, ensuring seamless integration and monitoring partner performance to uphold quality and efficiency standards.Foster communication and collaboration among global IT teams, promoting consistency and standardization of workplace services.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a STEM field with a focus on IT Security, or equivalent practical experience.Proven experience in IT workplace management, emphasizing global IT workplace strategies.Strong budget management skills, optimizing costs while maintaining high-quality services.Experience in IT vendor management (e.g. Microsoft, Dell, Cisco etc.)Nice to have familiarity in IT outsourcing projects and service desks services setup.Familiarity with O365 and workplace technology solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating teams.
