Software (POS) Application Engineer REPORTING TO: Software Development Manager What’s ‘In-Store’? – We’re looking for a Software Application Engineer (POS) with full-stack expertise to help design, build, and maintain high-performance retail applications. This role focuses on the core logic and scalability of point-of-sale (POS) systems, ensuring seamless integration with data platforms, hardware, and third-party services via APIs and microservices. You’ll be hands-on across the development lifecycle — from analyzing requirements and writing clean, efficient code to debugging, testing, and maintaining systems across multiple platforms and devices. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, user-friendly solutions that perform reliably across browsers, operating systems, and hardware configurations.
