Role and Responsibilities
* Collaborate with managers to understand requirements and establish effective recruiting strategies.
* Develop and advertise accurate job descriptions to attract highly qualified candidates.
* Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
* Assess candidate interest and compatibility with ION culture.
* Build lasting relationships with candidates.
* Share best interviewing practices with team members.
* Maintain a network of internal and external resources for recruitment needs.
* Ensure candidates receive timely and engaging communication throughout the hiring process.
* Partner with Marketing to develop and promote an employer brand strategy.
* Promote our values, culture, and passion.
* Distribute engaging employer brand content.
* Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
* Use data from ATS and feedback to refine recruitment practices.
* Identify industry best practices and nurture networks to elevate our employer brand.
Requirements
* Focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
* Be ambitious, efficient, and stable under tight deadlines and competing priorities.
* Build relationships across disciplines and time zones.
* Exhibit outstanding communication skills at all levels.
* Willingness to learn and utilize recruitment software tools.
* Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
* Proven success in recruiting, including in the tech industry.
* Experience placing candidates at all seniority levels.
* Knowledge of candidate tracking systems.
* Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience.
* Aptitude for sharing best practices and becoming a subject matter expert.
* Ability to advise hiring managers effectively.
