Controller (BSR Controller) – San Cesario sul Panaro (MO)
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of SAP ERP for new acquisitions, including customization of the management system
- Prepare and analyze periodic reporting (monthly, quarterly)
- Monitor budget and forecast; analyze costs, revenues, and margins by area/business unit
- Support the preparation of the annual budget
- Collaborate with different company functions for data collection
- Develop and improve company KPIs
- Support the monthly accounting close
- Conduct ad‑hoc analysis upon management request
- Optimize control and reporting processes
Education and Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or related disciplines
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of IT systems such as SAP, Outlook, Power BI, Tagetik
- Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA ERP management system
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Basic knowledge of general and analytical accounting
- Data analysis and modeling skills

Compensation: Base salary €38,553 – €53,010, with additional components discussed during recruitment.
