Job SummaryContract: Permanent. This position can be based in Somaglia (LO), Pozzuolo Martesana (MI), or Passo Corese (RI), with a full‐time permanent contract (working hours 9:00 AM–6:00 PM) and one day of remote working per week. The role is responsible for the design and development of warehousing and distribution solutions tailored to meet customer needs. It involves analyzing complex customer order profiles, operational workflows, storage requirements, equipment specifications, labor needs, and product characteristics. The position is accountable for developing pricing models and collaborating with internal stakeholders to define project requirements. It utilizes the Logistics Engineering Analysis Package (LEAP) system to assess total costs (including direct and indirect costs), ensure optimal revenue generation, and support the implementation of new business initiatives. Working cross‐functionally with teams such as Business Development and Operations, this role contributes to the creation of cost‐effective Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) pricing models aimed at securing new business opportunities and driving profitable growth. The position also involves direct interaction with customers to assess their requirements and propose appropriate solutions, as well as preparing business proposals, responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and developing clear and comprehensive technical documentation.Responsibilities Synthesizes customer data and solutions needs.Generates and analyzes warehousing and distribution pricing models.Participates in internal and external solutions reviews.Writes technical documents and responses.Leads team process improvement initiatives.Works with the project managers to identify customer business requirements.
