Ph3IT PMO Lead /h3 pThe IT PMO Lead is responsible for driving the governance, performance, and strategic alignment of the IT project portfolio. Acting as the key link between business and IT, this role oversees project intake, prioritization, resource planning, and delivery performance to ensure initiatives support organizational strategy and digital transformation goals. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and maintain governance processes for the entire IT project portfolio, ensuring compliance with internal frameworks and industry standards. /li liManage the IT Portfolio Committee (IPC) process, including structured demand intake, validation, prioritization, and decision support. /li liOversee project intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and portfolio. /li liProvide consistent, transparent reporting to business and IT leadership on project status, risks, financials, and outcomes. /li liEnsure smooth transition from project approval to execution, including baselining scope, schedules, resources, KPIs, and reviews. /li liMonitor delivery progress, risks, and scope alignment; resolve blockers and escalate critical issues when needed. /li liMaintain alignment with ISMS, risk, compliance, architecture, and security standards in all documentation and processes. /li liServe as the operational link between business stakeholders, DIT leadership, and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. /li liDrive continuous improvement of intake quality, governance efficiency, reporting transparency, and portfolio management practices. /li liDeliver training on IPC processes, governance standards, and PPM tools to improve data quality and organizational capability. /li /ul h3Our requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. /li li8+ years of experience in IT project management, PMO leadership, or technology governance. /li liProven track record in managing enterprise-wide IT portfolios and projects. /li liExpertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile). /li liProficiency in MS Project, Clarity, ASANA, or any other relevant project management tool. /li liStrong understanding of IT governance, compliance, and risk management. /li liExperience in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred. /li liExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. /li liAnalytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. /li liFamiliarity with digital transformation, business process management, and emerging technologies. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWe offer a diverse and global working environment, empowering employees with modern tools, meaningful responsibility, and a culture built on trust, collaboration, and long‑term thinking.
