PpbJob Description /b /ppThe Housekeeping Supervisor ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety for all guests and members, adhering to Orient Express standards. This role involves leading the housekeeping team, overseeing daily operations, inspecting rooms and public areas, and addressing guest and colleague concerns promptly and professionally. /ppKey responsibilities : /ppbOperational Leadership Quality Assurance : /b /pulliSupervise daily operations of Room Attendants, Turndown Attendants, and House Attendants, managing tasks and priorities. /liliConduct daily inspections of guestrooms, public areas, and team setups to ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation. /liliEnsure service delivery meets brand SOPs, local hotel standards, and LQA requirements, actively addressing guest feedback. /li /ulpbTeam Management Development : /b /pliLead, train, and coach team members on service standards and cleaning techniques, fostering a positive work environment. /liliFacilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments through briefings and clear reporting. /lipbCompliance, Safety Resource Management : /b /pliEnsure strict adherence to Orient Express operational standards, health, safety, and security policies. /liliPromptly report and follow up on any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or discrepancies. /liliOversee the proper use and control of cleaning supplies, equipment, linen, and lost and found items. /lipbFlexibility Support : /b /pliStay informed about all hotel services and events to assist guests and colleagues effectively. /liliBe prepared to perform duties of Room Attendants or House Attendants as operational needs dictate. /liliUndertake any other reasonable duties as assigned by management to support departmental goals. /lipbQualifications /b /pliHigher education in Hospitality Management. /liliA minimum of 2 years of housekeeping experience is required, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort. /liliFluent in Italian and in English. /liliStrong technical housekeeping skills are essential. /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. /liliStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities within their scope, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in cleanliness and presentation. /liliReliable, self-directed, proactive, highly organized, and capable of working independently and effectively under pressure. /lipAdditional Information /ppbA competitive package (base salary and yearly bonus) /b /ppMedical Insurance, integrating Collective Labor Agreement one and extended to the family /ppTicket Restaurant /ppbAnnual leave /b /ppALL - Heartist® Program : Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at all ACCOR locations and partner venues worldwide. /ppLearning development : Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world! /ppOur commitment to Diversity Inclusion : We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
