The company develops, builds and operates utility-scale solar, agrivoltaic and BESS projects across Italy and is entering an active phase of project execution. /p pAs part of its growth, the company is seeking a hands‑on Technical Director to lead technical delivery across its portfolio, with a strong focus on construction oversight, on‑site execution and technical quality control. /p pThe organisation operates a flexible working model, typically requiring 1–2 days per week in the Milan office. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead technical delivery from late‑stage development through construction and commissioning /li liOversee site engineers and construction managers across active projects /li liAct as the primary technical authority during the execution phase /li liManage and supervise EPC contractors, ensuring quality, timeline and budget adherence /li liProvide technical oversight on plant design optimisation (PV, agrivoltaics and BESS integration) /li liCoordinate technical matters with grid operators and external engineering advisors /li liSupervise testing, commissioning and handover through to COD /li liIdentify and resolve on‑site technical issues, ensuring compliance with Italian regulations and grid requirements /li liSupport the establishment of internal technical standards and best practices as the platform scales /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li8+ years’ experience in utility‑scale solar project delivery /li liStrong experience overseeing construction of ground‑mounted PV plants (5–30MW+) /li liProven track record managing EPC contractors and site teams /li liExperience integrating BESS into solar projects is advantageous /li liSolid understanding of Italian grid connection and regulatory framework /li liEngineering degree (Electrical, Energy, Civil or similar) /li liFluent Italian and strong English /li liWillingness to travel regularly to project sites across Italy /li /ul pThis is a senior, high‑impact opportunity within a growing IPP, suited to a technically strong and operationally hands‑on leader who enjoys being close to project execution and playing a central role in building a long‑term renewable energy platform. /p pIf this sounds like you, please apply via the link or contact bGeorgia Sumnall /b at. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
