Hiring for: Installation Field Supervisor
Responsibilities
* Preparation and monitoring of the installation works described in the Project Installation Management Plan
* Management and organization of the installation team / activities and / or subcontractors.
* Planning and scheduling installation activities as per handover from installation to T&C.
* Secure requirements from the interface of installation and construction activities
* EHS compliance
Knowledge and Experience
* Good knowledge of railway signalling and possibly also related technologies
* Knowledge of construction techniques
* Good communication skills, interpersonal relationship and team working attitude
* Spirit of initiative and good skills in managing field and executive problems
* Knowledge of railway safety rules, EHS compliance and AZDP process
* Ability to move independently in a constantly evolving context and to work away even for long periods
* Managerial experience required
Mandatory Requirements
Availability to travel and work in the field, also 5 days per week.

We can hire in our sites of Bologna, Florence, Rome.
