You’ll join a diverse team and collaborate across AWS to deliver high standards for safety and security with scalable capacity at low cost. /ppThe successful candidate will support the Data Center Physical Security Team with the implementation of AWS security policies and procedures at AWS Data Center(s). You will coordinate physical security operations, testing and audit reviews of the Physical Security Program, provide support to the Contract Guard Force, contractors, and stakeholders within the Data Center. You will learn new skills and build relationships to maintain and enhance safety and security standards. AWS invites candidates from diverse backgrounds; training will be provided. As a Data Center Security Manager, you will run day-to-day security operations, support and execute security projects and programs, and assure audit compliance with AWS policies and procedures. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liHandle site security incidents, escalations, or any other security related issues. /li liProvide after-hours on-call management support and participate in emergent, large-scale event response when needed. /li liParticipate in recurring data center security audits and reviews. /li liExecute established compliance processes with AWS policies, standards, guidelines and relevant legal and regulatory requirements. /li liProvide input on, and may develop, security methodologies, policies and procedures. /li liWrite reports and communicate with management on the status of DC security operations. /li liOversee new security construction or retrofit projects. Manage the security PL for the assigned site(s), assist management with financial analysis, and contribute to financial decisions for security requirements. /li liCollaborate with other teams to protect AWS Data Center personnel, information, and assets. /li liDirect and manage the contract guard force to run daily data center operations. /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul li2+ years of overseeing security operations and working with security vendors/contractors experience /li liBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in security or related fields; i.e., compliance, logistics, transportation, facilities among others /li li2+ years of commercial or industrial work experience /li liSpeak, write, and read fluently in Korean and English /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or other related discipline /li liExperience communicating research findings and analysis in both written and spoken channels /li liExperience managing teams who deliver on defined goals and timelines /li liTop quarter-percentile score in TOEFL/IELTS /li /ul pOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
