This role requires the ability to act as a sales manager, create business opportunities, demonstrate active leadership and motivation skills whilst also fulfilling an operational role in ensuring that a high level of service is provided to our customers.The role requires a high level of interaction with both internal and external customers to ensure effective business relationships are achieved and maintained. This involves the staff management of personnel including disciplinary or corrective actions as required as well as interaction with suppliers to achieve an effective appreciation of business opportunities and practices. The role has a high level of demand, as the branch manager is measured to an extent on the results of the branch.What the roles involves:- To lead & manage a team of sales personnel to achieve monthly and annual sales budgets.- Manage branch metrics and activity to achieve annual corporate objectives.- Monitor and measure sales activities within the group and take action to implement change if sales activities are not succeeding.- Work with the Country Manager / Regional Sales Director on the setting of annual sales budgets.- Examine all expenses within the group to ensure that correct accounting practices are being maintained
