POSITION: DOCUMENT CONTROLLER OIL & GAS – MILAN
📌 1. YOUR ROLE
* You will manage and control project documentation throughout its lifecycle
* You will ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards
* You will guarantee proper document tracking, distribution and archiving
* You will support project teams across engineering, procurement and construction
🛠️ 2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage document control systems (DMS/EDMS) and document registers
* Issue, track and archive technical and commercial documentation
* Monitor document submissions from vendors and contractors
* Support audits, reporting activities and final project documentation handover
✅ 3. REQUIREMENTS
* Experience with EDMS tools (Aconex, SharePoint, Documentum or similar)
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Understanding of document control processes and ISO standards
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
