PpJob Description : /p h3General Description of Role and Responsibilities : /h3 ul liDevelop and implement HSE policies and procedures for the LQ Yard operations ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. /li liConduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. /li liProvide guidance and support to the LQ Yard team on HSE matters including training and awareness programs. /li liInvestigate incidents and accidents and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. /li liMonitor and report on HSE performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. /li liCoordinate with project managers and clients to ensure HSE requirements are met on all projects. /li liDevelop emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness in case of an emergency. /li liStay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in HSE and implement changes as necessary. /li liManage and maintain HSE documentation and records. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills : /h3 ul liBachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety Environmental Science or a related field. /li liMinimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management preferably in the construction or oil and gas industry. /li liCandidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands‑on experience in offshore projects. /li liStrong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards in the MENA and Europe regions. /li liExcellent communication and leadership skills. /li liProven ability to develop and implement HSE policies and procedures. /li liExperience conducting HSE audits and inspections. /li liAbility to work independently and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment. /li liFluent in English with knowledge of Arabic or other European languages considered an asset. /li /ul h3Key Skills /h3 pEngineering Support, Cost Estimates, Log Analysis, Petrel, BLM, Production Data, Productions operations, Petroleum Engineering, Engineering Analysis, Economic Analysis, Development Plans, Reservoir Characterization, Technical Support, Technical Reports /p pEmployment Type : Full Time /p pExperience : years /p pVacancy : 1 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
