PositionArtemest is looking for a motivated, organized and self-starter Customer Relationship Assistant.
Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the US Team providing support with the B2B clients' requests
Work closely with the B2B Presale Team in Milan with customers' assistance
Interact with suppliers to manage customers' requests and negotiate the best solution for the company and its customers
Work closely with other departments (Logistics, Order Management and Tech) to ensure an excellent level of customer experience

RequirementsDegree in languages or humanistic disciplines
Italian native, professional proficiency in English
