Main activities
1. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of systems (electrical, refrigeration, fire prevention, etc.) and structures (walls, ramps, floors, offices, etc.)
2. Plan activities related to general services (cleaning, energy, etc.)
3. Manage expansion projects for new infrastructures
4. Manage relationships with external suppliers
5. Liaise with the parent company and collaborate with other functions to optimize organizational processes
Requirements
Fundamentals/Must haves
6. Degree or diploma preferably in a technical field
7. Previous experience in the role gained within complex contexts
8. Good knowledge of the English language
9. Availability for short-term travel
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Reliability and aptitude for teamwork
Preferential/Nice to have
12. Knowledge of German to communicate with the Headquarters
13. Previous experience in the management of refrigeration systems
