We are looking for the Strategic Buyer Manufacturing for the branche of Parma. /p h3About the role /h3 pWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented BUYER to be responsible for selecting and purchasing quality products for our business. The buyer, reporting to the HEAD OF PROCUREMENT in the PROCUREMENT DIVISION, will work with staff across departments to forecast the needs of the business and make purchase decisions based on demand. The STRATEGIC BUYER should be analytically minded and possess excellent negotiating skills to secure the best prices according to budget. Your responsibilities will include processing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, tracking orders, quality assurance and liaising with inventory teams and management. /p h3Role Responsibilities /h3 ul liWorks closely with category managers of respective category and project procurement managers implementing the category strategy and linking it into the business /li liAdapts and implements catalogues and framework contracts on Divisional/ regional level in compliance with guidelines /li liRuns negotiations, awarding decisions and follow-up with suppliers, takes awarding decisions in line with category strategy /li liExecutes supplier selection along strategy, requirements, supplier base development, and identification of new suppliers /li liDirect involvement in and solving of issues with suppliers (e.g., quality, delivery, and service issues), etc. /li liResearch of new technologies, materials on request of other company functions (technical office, RD, production office); /li liMonitors and communicates performance of suppliers /li liEnsures cost, availability, innovation, and quality within the sourcing plan creation and execution /li liEnsures compliance with procurement process, policies, and other statutory requirements within category /li liAccountability of KPI’s as agreed by the line manager /li /ul h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liPartner in designing increments of procurement strategy /li liTeam leader operational and service manufacturing buyers /li liProactive and value-added approach in the supply chain processes management and with stakeholders /li liContinuously optimizes procurement processes in scope of work /li liContinuous improvement of processes /li /ul h3We require /h3 ul liUniversity, bachelor’s degree in engineering / Secondary school diploma in technical field /li liProcurement or Supply chain Certification (optional) /li liEnglish (fluent) /li li5+ years of experience in procurement processes /li liBackground in contract management /li liBackground in quality managementCost analysis and management experience /li liDeep knowledge of design to cost project related to welded construction, CNC Carpentry /li liInter-Cultural Sensitivity /li liExperience with implementation of corporate procurement /li liWork experience in complex organizations /li liNegotiation experience across the supplier markets /li liMarket analysis experience /li liAbility to network and build lasting relationships /li liInternal stakeholder /supplier relationship management /li liAnalytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and ability to think strategically /li liTakes ownership of the work, successes, and mistakes /li liVery good communication skills /li liContract and contract framework experience /li liCommercial/analytical and engagement skills /li liProactivity and result orientation /li liAvailability for short trips /li liKnowledge of technical drawing /li liExcellent knowledge of Office and Excel; /li /ul h3We offer /h3 ul liInteresting Salary Package: around 50.000 Euro gross salary + Mbo /li liCareer Development /li liWork experience in modern, complex and challenging, international organization; /li liPlace of work: Parma (Emiia Romagna) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
