Senior Development & Talent Management Professional
Within the People Care Unit of the GHO People & Organization Team, we are looking for a Senior Development & Talent Management Professional who will support the Group’s strategic people agenda and coordinate a small team of HR professionals.
The job holder can be based both in Milan, Trieste, Rome or Mogliano Veneto.
Key Responsibilities
* In alignment with the relevant Group Function and the HRBPs, managing the Talent Review process and drive the local talent management agenda, by defining and implementing acceleration & development programs
* Collaborating with the relevant Group Functions, the HRBPs and the business leaders to anticipate and fulfill talent and development needs
* Coordinating the team responsible for talent management and development activities
* Defining and delivering development initiatives aligned with business needs and individual growth
* In alignment with the HRBPs and GHO Reward Team, managing the Succession Plan review for Senior Manager positions
* Contributing to the evolution of Group-wide talent and development frameworks
* Monitoring key HR metrics and providing insights to support decision-making
Requirements
* Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields
* At least 5-7 years of experience in talent development and talent management, including team coordination
* Fluency in English (C1 level or above)
