QuickTurn Engine Center Europe, a leader in the aviation maintenance sector, is looking for a Automation Engineer to join Component & Repair Engineering department.
Key Responsibilities
* Italian: Attività chiave : Gestione tecnica dei processi automatici (CNC, macchine utensili, grinding, Robot) per la rilavorazione di componenti motore; Programmazione, ottimizzazione e set-up dei macchinari, in linea con le procedure dei manuali OEM; Emissione di documentazione tecnica ed esecutiva per supportare le riparazioni approvate; Collaborazione con i team di produzione, qualità e pianificazione per garantire l'efficienza e la conformità dei processi; Supportare lo sviluppo e il miglioramento continuo delle riparazioni automatiche nell’ambito della regolamentazione aeronautica (EASA Part 145).
* English: Technical management of automated processes (CNC, machine tools, grinding) for engine component rework; Programming, optimization, and machine setup in compliance with OEM manual procedures; Preparation of technical and execution documentation to support approved repairs; Collaboration with production, quality, and planning teams to ensure process efficiency and compliance; Supporting the development and continuous improvement of automated repairs in accordance with EASA Part 145 regulations.
* Italian: Profilo : Laurea in Ingegneria Automazione / Elettronica / Meccatronica; Diploma tecnico con almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel settore;
* English: Profile: Degree in Automation / Electronics / Mechatronic Engineering; Technical diploma with at least 2 years of industry experience.
* Italian: Conoscenze / Competenze : Conoscenza base di programmazione CNC (torni, centri di lavoro o macchine di grinding); Familiarità con macchine utensili per grinding, fresatura o tornitura, e con software CAD / CAM; Capacità di creare e modificare percorsi utensile nel rispetto delle specifiche OEM per motori CFM56 e CF6; Conoscenza di base delle normative aeronautiche (EASA Part 145) e della logica MRO; Lettura di disegni tecnici e manuali di riparazione aeronautici;
* English: Knowledge / Skills: Basic CNC programming knowledge (lathes, machining centers, or grinding machines); Familiarity with grinding, milling, or turning machines and CAD/CAM software; Ability to create and modify toolpaths according to OEM specifications for CFM56 and CF6 engines; Basic knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA Part 145) and MRO logic; Ability to read technical drawings and aircraft repair manuals.
* Italian: Competenze Fondamentali Livello inglese minimo B1 Conoscenza completa pacchetto Office (Nice to have : Visual Basic e gestione macro Excel) Buona capacità di analisi, problem solving pratico e orientamento al risultato; Attitudine al lavoro di squadra in ambiente tecnico-produttivo; Attenzione ai dettagli e forte senso di responsabilità;
* English: Core skills: Minimum English level B1; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Nice to have: Visual Basic and Excel macro management); Strong analytical skills, practical problem solving, and results orientation; Team player in a technical production environment; High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
Italian: Nice to have : Esperienza con ambienti di automazione (PLC, HMI); Conoscenza del sistema ERP per MRO “Quantum control”
English: Nice to have: Experience with automation environments (PLC, HMI); Knowledge of the MRO ERP system “Quantum Control”.
