Spa Receptionist
to join our pre-opening team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in defining the spa experience from the very first interaction. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the launch of one of Rome’s most anticipated luxury hospitality destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with warmth, elegance, and professionalism
Manage appointments and bookings with precision
Coordinate daily schedules with therapists and spa team
Handle payments and maintain accurate administrative records
Ensure the reception area reflects Corinthia’s luxury standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in a spa or luxury hospitality environment
Fluency in Italian and English (both mandatory)
Knowledge of Book4Time is highly preferred
Strong organizational xlwpduy and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and excellent communication abilities
