You will be responsible for developing an operational strategy aimed at increasing efficiency and productivity, improving yields and ensuring that products meet the needs of the business and customer requirements for quality and delivery in a safe environment and within budgetary constraints. /p h3What would your role look like? /h3 pThis role is critical in ensuring that production processes align with business goals, meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, and fulfill customer delivery expectations—all while optimizing cost efficiency. Working under limited direction, the Site Manager will be responsible for the safety, productivity, and overall performance of the site. This includes collaborating with cross‑functional teams in production, quality, supply chain, and maintenance to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. /p h3Duties and responsibilities /h3 ul liSecure compliance with local law and Oterra standards on safety, quality and environment in collaboration with global functions. /li liLead the site management team ensuring optimal collaboration across functions like HR, sourcing, customer service, etc. working in compliance with agreed vision, Oterra policies and guidelines and local regulations. /li liDevelop and manage teams to meet business and production objectives maintaining good engagement rates. /li liLead improvement projects ensuring compliance with schedule, budget and quality. /li liParticipate actively in the global organization and build an effective network with key stakeholders, ensuring communication regarding activities of manual interest and focus. /li liRepresent the company with government authorities and other entities such as labor unions. /li liDefine budget site and secure execution and adherence in Opex and Capex. /li liDefine, manage and execute projects to improve performance of operations and reporting the relevant KPI’s. /li liDirect responsibility for developing the operational excellence in his‑her area of responsibility. /li liSecure supply of product to the demand in coordination with procurement‑ sourcing and global supply chain teams. /li /ul h3Who are we looking for? /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced profile.
