You will be responsible for developing an operational strategy aimed at increasing efficiency and productivity, improving yields and ensuring that products meet the needs of the business and customer requirements for quality and delivery in a safe environment and within budgetary constraints. /p h3What would your role look like? /h3 pThis role is critical in ensuring that production processes align with business goals, meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, and fulfill customer delivery expectations—all while optimizing cost efficiency. Working under limited direction, the Site Manager will be responsible for the safety, productivity, and overall performance of the site.
