Validation Engineer
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
He/she performs the Validation activities for part of the train delegated by the TVE during project execution
He/she writes prepares the test execution and deliverables.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Accountable for:
6. Executing tests and providing reports.
Responsibilities
7. Executing activities given by the Train Validation Engineer (TVE)
8. Consolidating and Updating the Validation Plan
9. Consolidating the specification of tools and test means (climatic chamber, train, ...)
10. Tools & means procurement (design, purchase, reservation,)
11. Writing Train System test procedures
12. Ensuring the timely issuing of the Validation proves (including proves of lower level systems and components) and consolidates Validation files
13. Providing structured REX to feed costing activities, and to enrich the CV metier technical repository
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
14. Engineering school
15. Master of Science (Engineering, Physical Sciences or others)
Desirable:
16. Railway engineering
17. Systems engineering
Experience
Mandatory:
18. Train system knowledge (system analysis, railways): at least 2 years
19. Tests organization capability, knowledge of planning tools
