The Operations Finance Manager in our Milan offices will be responsible for: The commercial aspects, clean books & records, financial performance of the operations organization, and the development of a project controlling team. Financial management of critical projects, working closely with the Head of Operations and Project Managers to ensure projects adhere to Project Management standards, customer requirements, and Financial Reporting Guidelines. Your Responsibilities Drive the Finance Project Controlling team and oversee projects throughout their lifecycle. Build and coach a team dedicated to financial management, supporting organizational growth. Act as senior financial project controller for critical projects, fostering engagement and ownership among team members. Guide project managers in claim, change order, and contract management, including Opportunity & Risk Management. Review financial performance of projects and operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clean books & records. Promote compliance, values, and ethics actively. Qualifications Experience in project management, reporting, and controlling in B2B markets, preferably in building automation. Strong analytical, planning, and risk management skills. Proven experience in team building and management. Empathetic, positive outlook, and encouraging ownership culture. Effective communication and collaboration skills across cultures and levels. Proficiency in SAP, PowerPoint, and Power BI is a plus. Fluent in Italian and English. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Accounting.
