That’s why over 25,000 companies in the beverage industry, big and small, rely on us. /p h3About the position /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced leader for the role of Country Manager Hillebrand Gori Italy, responsible for leading our Beer, Wine, Spirit and Adjacent business and shaping the execution of our country strategy. This role requires a strong commercial and operational focus, the ability to drive growth, enhance efficiency, and foster a people-first culture, while ensuring compliance. /p h3Key tasks /h3 ul liImplement country level business strategy for Italy, in line with Hillebrand Gori’s vision, strategy, standards and guidelines /li liDrive country’s business operations to achieve short and long term financial and operational objectives /li liLead sales, marketing and operations, and oversee accounting, purchasing, personnel, and/or financial functions /li liEnsure country’s PL (EBITA etc.), cost and revenue management /li liMonitor consolidated budget for the country and recommend course corrections for variances to budgets /li liAssess and report country performance and recommend plans for improvement /li liExplore, identify growth opportunities and propose market expansion plans /li liResolve conflicts/ issues and ensure effective execution for critical areas such as matters related to product and market strategy, business development, investments, etc. /li liAnalyze complex multi-dimensional issues extensively and improve, change or adapt existing methods, techniques and/or processes to be more efficient /li /ul h3Stakeholders /h3 ul liDevelop strong, trusting relationships with senior business leaders across Hillebrand Gori, DHL Group, and external partner organizations /li liCommunicate and influence senior business leaders outside of own job area /li liCooperate and coordinate with other departments and third parties /li /ul h3Management responsibility /h3 ul liManage multiple teams led by Directors and Managers /li /ul h3Knowledge and Skills Required /h3 ul liFluent in Italian and English /li liBachelor or Master Degree in Logistics, Management, or equivalent qualification /li liMore than 8 years of relevant logistics experience (strongly preferred in beer, wine, spirits and adjacent business), and demonstrated experience leading teams /li liStrong business acumen, results-focused mindset, solid decision-making, and adaptable to change /li liAbility to effectively balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach /li liExcellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills /li /ul h3Interested? /h3 pWe are looking forward to receiving your application online.
