Job Description

You will play a key role in ensuring proper operation and promoting continuous improvement of the facilities, contributing to performance optimization and safety.
The selected individual will be part of the plant's Utilities Maintenance team. Under the guidance of the Maintenance Coordinator, they will perform the tasks listed below, which they are trained and authorized to carry out, in compliance with company and department SOPs and current safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Perform interventions to restore plant faults during production as per current SOPs.
* Carry out preventive and extraordinary maintenance interventions as per current SOPs.
* Set up plant equipment preparing it for production according to SOPs.
* Implement improvements to the plants following directives from the Coordinator and Technical Services Manager within a change control system.
* Optimize plant operation through targeted interventions.
* Fill out maintenance intervention sheets for routine and extraordinary maintenance, contributing to content optimization as per SOPs.
* Contribute to plant formulation and improvement.
* Use machine tools and welding equipment such as electrodes, TIG, brazing.
* Utilize Windows accessories and system software like Maximo, SAP, etc.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Education/Training
* Technical diploma with proven experience in the role.
* Possession of PES-PAV-PEI certification.
Technical and IT Skills
* Knowledge of GMP regulations and safety standards.
* Competence in using systems and IT tools.
* Knowledge of Maximo system.
* Ability to read electrical diagrams.
* Autonomous management of interventions on thermal plants, UTA refrigeration, boilers.
Professional Experience
* Previous experience as an industrial electrician, preferably in the pharmaceutical and/or food sector.
Languages
* Basic knowledge of English.
