Project Manager
Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the PMO Manager, accountable for end-to-end execution and responsible for full customer relationship during job development up to handover to service department; also accountable for scope of supply definition, budget/timing attainment and customer agreement during change order management.
Duties:
* Define with assigned functional team member the best project time schedule.
* Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of assigned projects to deliver a quality machine on time and under budget.
* Serve as primary interface with customers, sales, quality, engineering and operations to identify and resolve technical, schedule and financial issues.
* Review high-level project deliverables based on User Requirements and schedule/prioritize accordingly.
* Prepare and present progress reports, schedule updates, project reviews and performance reports to the Director and Customers as required.
* Develop risk mitigation plans to prevent overruns to budget and schedule.
* Proactively identify and manage changes in project scope, identify potential problems, and devise contingency plans.
* Provide financial data for projects (ETC) on a weekly basis.
* Manage and strive to exceed revenue/profit goals set for the project.
* Recognize change order opportunities and execute in a profitable and ethical way.
* Keep stakeholders informed of all potential project risks for both the company and the customer; escalate to the Director level if required.
* Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors and peers.
* Assist in evaluating and redesigning project scope by engaging the appropriate subject matter experts in a timely and efficient manner.
* Build solid and constructive relations with customers during job execution.
* Ensure project milestone achievement as per schedule to support flawless cash collection.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering
• PMP certification is a plus

Experience:
