Scope:
HR Business Partner aligned to support the critical business areas to deliver on the business unit’s people agenda. The role will support a Business Unit Division within single country or region alignment within a business or function based on geography/site/business prioritisation or as a flexible resource that supports the peaks in demand, projects, or initiatives.
The role will support the Director level within a business and have a good awareness of the strategic priorities and alignment of operational activity.
In this role you will:
1. Coach and develop line managers around HR policies, processes, and ways of working.
2. Manage the employee lifecycle processes: Integration, Performance Management, Rewards, etc.
3. Respond to queries around HR policies, processes, and ways of working.
4. Successfully manage progress and track key HR Operations department milestones, deliverables, and metrics.
5. Diagnose and/or deliver change projects in line with the HR and business agenda.
6. Support key annual HR Agendas, i.e., P&R Process.
7. Use regular development check-ins with HR Site Lead to agree on capability development focus areas that will enable driving and improving own performance (Talent, Leading Change, Business Insight, Culture Development, Data & Analytics, Service Delivery, Governance, and Risk Management).
8. Support a business unit or function, delivering on the HR agenda within their remit and aligning to the strategy and its needs.
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
9. Minimum experience as HR Business Partner
10. Degree in Law, Economics, Psychology or similar
11. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
12. Experience translating business objectives into HR solutions through appropriately setting direction, objectives, targets, and metrics — delivering against demanding targets and meeting criteria of time, cost, quality, and performance and providing the analysis and performance results of such solutions.
13. A good understanding of various HR processes (Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Management, Labour Law compliance, etc.).
14. Experience working with data to create insight and diagnose future talent risks and opportunities.
15. Experience working with multiple stakeholders within the business and in HR.
16. Proficiency in digital technologies and tools, with the ability to adapt to new digital systems
Preferred Qualifications

17. Proficient in key areas such as business partnership, emotional agility, influencing, managing change, and handling complex conversations.
18. Expertise includes performance and talent management, conflict resolution, ER/IR risk management, digital data and analytics, and navigating local employment laws.
19. Highly skilled in building relationships, fostering teamwork, and negotiation.
