PpWe are looking to recruit an Electronics Hardware Engineer to join our team. This is a full time position based at our company headquarters in Modena, Italy. /p h3Role /h3 pThe Electronics Hardware Engineer will work in one or more teams dedicated to the development of a specific product. /p pThe team will usually be composed of a product manager, mechanical, hardware electronics, firmware and software developers. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign electronic hardware and ensure complies with specifications. /li liPerform printed circuit board (PCB) layout and ensure it is accurate. /li liDebug and validate electronics in cooperation with mechanical, firmware and software developers of the team. /li liProvide Hardware Electronic engineering support as required. /li liCreate, maintain and update production and manufacturing documentation (e.g. Bill Of Material). /li liAssist the production and testing team in diagnosing manufacturing issues. /li liEnsure components, processes and products are designed for manufacturing efficiency. /li liEnsure product compliance with electromagnetic regulatory requirements. /li /ul h3Tasks/Activities /h3 ul liDesign hardware electronics using EDA Software. /li liDebug and validate electronics design with instrumentation such as oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter. /li liPerform EMC measurements and debugging. /li liPerform audio measurements using dedicated audio measurement instrumentation. /li liResearch and validate electronic components. /li liOptimize Bill of materials. /li liParticipate in product meetings, and provide regular updates on development progress. /li /ul h3Reporting To /h3 ul liHead of Hardware department /li /ul h3Collaborates With /h3 ul liHardware team /li liSoftware team /li liProduction team /li liPurchasing team /li liProduct Managers /li liTest system team /li /ul h3Department /h3 pThe candidate will work at IK Multimedia Production headquarters, in the hardware department offices. /p h3Required Skills /h3 ul liSchematics and multilayer PCB layout design for mixed signal high quality audio device. /li liAudio ADC and DAC stages. /li liExperience in working with recent leading ARM MCU platforms like STM, NXP, etc. /li liExperience in switch power supplies and audio power amplifiers is welcome. /li liExperience in working in team with other engineers and mechanical designers. /li liExperience with EMC (electrical safety is a welcome plus) with related debugging and optimization. /li liBasic knowledge of FW structures and C/C++ programming, stronger experience is welcome. /li /ul h3Personality Requirements /h3 ul liA good understanding of structured projects and engineering methodologies. /li liAbility to work well in a group, sharing ideas and problem solving. /li liGood organizational skills, such as time management and prioritizing. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
