Your role
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team.
Main Responsibilities
Analyze CVs and liaise with recruitment agencies
Conduct selection interviews for blue‐collar positions
Organize training courses for ASR, apprentices, and technicians
Assist in managing attendance records
Support in handling HR administrative processes (contracts, hiring, terminations)
Update and archive employee documentation
Prepare HR reports and perform data analysis
Main Requirements
Passionate and versatile individual with strong adaptability to interact with various stakeholders (Directors, Function Managers, Supervisors, and Production Operators)
Strong analytical skills and data‐driven mindset
Ability to quickly achieve autonomy in assigned projects
High level of precision and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Preferably a recent graduate in economics, business, or a related field
Ability to communicate effectively in a production plant environment with different interlocutors
