As a Strategic Project Manager you will work directly with the Global General Director and you will play a key part in shaping the future of Poke House by contributing to the ideation, development, and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance product innovation and transform business processes.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in creating analysis, reports and materials for board presentations, investor relations, and engaging key stakeholders and potential investors.
Project Management :
Lead and manage high-impact, cross-functional projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring alignment with Poke House’s strategic priorities.
Identify opportunities for business improvement, analyze requirements, and initiate new projects aimed at driving product innovation and enhancing customer experience.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting :
Measure project performance using KPIs, budget tracking, and economic analysis, ensuring goals are consistently achieved or exceeded.
Leverage data-driven insights to drive continuous improvements across initiatives, products, and operational processes.
Data Analysis and Investor Relations :
Prepare insightful reports for the board and create compelling materials for investor relations, including presentations and key metrics for current and prospective investors.
Analyze data related to projects and overall business performance, supporting strategic decision-making at the executive level.
Collaborate across all Business Units to facilitate project execution, promote teamwork, and support various functions with strategic guidance.
5+ years of experience in Project Management, Strategy, or Consulting roles, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth environments
~ Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from concept to execution
~ Strong exposure to executive-level stakeholders (C-level, Board), with the ability to influence strategic decisions
~ Highly analytical and data-driven mindset, with solid experience in KPI tracking and business performance analysis
~ Advanced skills in data analysis and storytelling, with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
~ Experience preparing high-quality presentations and materials for senior leadership and investors
~ Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect operational execution to strategic impact
~ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse teams and functions
~ Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., BI/ PM tools are a plus)
~ Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus
