That is why we continually invest in our people and facilities to remain at the forefront of innovation and responsive to market needs.Main purpose of the jobWorking internally closely with Supply Chain and Sales Departments, the Customer Service and Logistic Manager plays a key role towards our customers and distributors by providing product and service information.Main responsibilities and dutiesProcess and manage the Sales Orders (Receiving of the POs from distributors/Customers, Communication with the sales team, Entering of the POs in ERP system)Follow the Orders management activities (check stock availability and direct interface with Production Planning Department)Interact and communicate with Distributors/CustomersOrganize and supervise the shipments from the manufacturing sites to the IDC/ Distributors/ Customers with cost efficiency.Issue the customers invoices and supporting documentationManage and liaise with the IDC and supply planner the inbounds from suppliers and planned outbounds and adjust transportation accordinglyManage the customers/logistics complaints (transport, defective good, etc.) and follow the operational activitiesProduce International Distribution KPI's (transport filling, stock misses when preparing dispatches)Participate in Weekly Supply Chain Review and in Operational Reviews with 3PL's.Continuous improvement.Key Competencies / Qualifications /SkillsUniversity Degree or equivalent with experience of at least 3 years in: Supply planning, Customer Service, Project Management in Supply Planning AreaMandatory to have worked on ERP implementations for Supply Chain domainMandatory proven experience in International Distribution and CustomsHigh command of English, written and spoken is essentialFluency in French preferably or German (2nd Language).Ability to work independentlyAnalytical, structured and problem solving mindsetHands-on and attentive to detailComfortable working with new tools and high command of Microsoft Excel
