JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the the Acqua di Parma Paraggi Boutique, as Sales Assistant the key responsibilities are:
* Be actively involved to reach the sales targets on all categories
* Cultivate a relationship with customers through an active presence on the shop floor and by providing a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, the corporate image, and communication and CRM guidelines
* Master selling skills to satisfy customer needs
* Act as brand Ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele
* Ensure a high level of standards in Merchandising and Brand image according to corporate guidelines
* Respect Retail Operations procedures and the guidelines provided by HQ
* Use the main IT applications and systems, constantly updating any new tools made available by the company with reference to the Salesforce CRM system
* Develop a unique customer experience and irreproachable service, build customer loyalty and develop the customer base
* Monitor stock levels and cooperate with the stock team providing support

* Previous experience in the luxury industry with a customer-oriented attitude
* Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive results
* Positive Attitude, fragrance passionate and team oriented
* Ability to listen and advise, have a taste for challenges and sales
* Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
* Temporary position from May to September
