The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Materials Engineering Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in flat glass manufacturing processing especially in offline coated glass - including cutting, edge processing, tempering, IGU production Preferably field experience in production or quality engineering Strong understanding of flat glass production processes, especially coated glass processes Familiarity with quality tools such as 8D, root cause analysis, and process audits Good command of Italian and English Strong regional knowledge Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in production & quality Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in dynamic environments No travel restrictions and having a valid driving license Willing to be based in North Italy and travel frequently (in Italy and/or abroad) Job Description Conduct on-site customer visits across Europe to address technical issues and provide immediate support Monitor field quality, shipment integrity, and line performance during trial productions Conduct product and process validation at customer lines to ensure suitability for customer applications Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues across production processes and report findings and customer insights to internal teams for continuous improvement
