Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design and development of Capital and Consumable products to meet customer and business needs. You will manage the full product development lifecycle from inception to market launch, guiding a cross‐functional core team through stage gates. You will ensure compliance with NPD, Design Control, and lifecycle processes across functions. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and risk management to deliver quality, cost‐effective, and manufacturable outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to shape product development in a regulated environment and work across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and Operations.

Develop cross‐functional execution plans and drive implementation
Ensure compliance with NPD, Design Control, and lifecycle processes
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and stage‐gate deliverables
Provide leadership in decision‐making and change management
Coordinate resources across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and Operations
Conduct regular status reviews and risk mitigation
Facilitate smooth transition from concept to manufacturing and launch
Identify dependencies and contingency plans
Foster continuous improvement through KPI tracking and lessons learned
Responsabilità 5+ years of project management experience in product development within a medical device or regulated industry
Experience leading NPD or manufacturing projects
Proven ability to drive concepts into manufacturing and market
Strong planning, organization, attention to detail, and proactive risk management
Demonstrated leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and influence in a matrixed organization
Ability to collaborate across Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Procurement, Clinical, Marketing, and Quality teams
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
Proficient in managing projects to schedule and budget
