Analyze new change requests, design solutions, and guide developers in implementation. Support development teams and supervise design, testing, and modification stages. Ensure up-to-date documentation. Keep track of compliance requirements and adhere to schedules. Be an expert in identifying root causes for incidents and bugs, and help develop permanent solutions for recurring issues. Preferred Background : Experience in incident handling and problem solving within an L3 support team. Experience with projects involving file interfaces and protocols.
