 
        
        The Assistant Site Manager supports the Site Manager in coordinating on-site operations for the prestigious MICO26 project, ensuring a working environment that meets client requirements while adhering to quality, safety, and contractual standards. They provide operational and administrative support, working closely with internal teams and service providers, and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient site operations.
Responsibilities
Site Management Support
 * Assist the Site Manager in coordinating on-site services.
 * Help monitor schedules, budgets, and daily operations.
 * Ensure safety instructions are followed and regulatory compliance is maintained.
 * Support the preparation of reports and performance tracking.
Communication
 * Act as a point of contact for internal teams and service providers.
 * Participate in coordination meetings and draft meeting minutes.
 * Relay important information to the Site Manager and stakeholders.
Operational Control
 * Assist in managing site handover and return procedures.
 * Help secure equipment and installations on-site.
 * Apply best practices in safety and sustainability.
Quality and Sustainability
 * Support the implementation of quality and sustainability initiatives.
 * Raise awareness among stakeholders about best practices.
 * Report any issues or malfunctions to the Site Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
 * Fluent in English and Italian
 * Understanding of safety rules and local regulations
 * Familiarity with site management processes
 * Organizational and coordination skills
 * Strong written and verbal communication
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
