About Us Zuoyebang is a global edtech and AI app company with over 100 million users worldwide. We are building and scaling AI-powered consumer apps across multiple international markets, including Europe, with products such as Question.Ai and Polybuzz growing rapidly. We're looking for a Global Growth Manager to drive the strategy, experimentation, and execution behind our next wave of global AI products. You will play a key role in shaping user acquisition, retention, monetization, and product-led growth across our portfolio. What You'll Do - Own growth strategy for one or more AI consumer apps (acquisition, retention, monetization) - Run fast-paced A/B tests, funnel analysis, pricing experiments, onboarding optimization, and growth loops - Lead performance marketing initiatives across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels - Partner with product, engineering, data, and creative teams to drive high-impact experiments - Analyze user behavior, cohort data, CAC/LTV, and subscription economics - Identify and scale new growth levers for global markets — especially Europe - Drive continuous learning through data, insights, and rapid iteration What We're Looking For - 2–6 years of experience in growth, product, data, performance marketing, or monetization - Strong analytical mindset (data-driven decision-making, experimentation thinking) - Experience with mobile apps, AI products, subscription models, or high-scale consumer tech - Ability to operate fast, prioritize effectively, and execute across functions - Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, attribution platforms, or experimentation frameworks is a plus - Curiosity, ownership, and a bias for action - Fluent in English; based in Europe or ableto work with European markets Why Join Us - Work on fast-growing AI apps used by millions globally - High-impact role with autonomy and large room to experiment - Opportunity to shape global expansion strategies - International, dynamic, and high-performance culture - Competitive compensation - Remote-friendly or Europe-based
