About the Role Warehouse Operative £30,990.96 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 12 hour shifts, days and nights Permanent As a Warehouse Operative you will be part of a supportive team, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around, and show you the ropes. Your main tasks and duties will be: Receive, put away, pick, and dispatch pallets of raw materials or finished goods in warehouses. Process raw materials or finished goods using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management System (WMS). Utilise Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) such as Very Narrow Aisle trucks, counterbalance, reach trucks, ride-on, or Pedestrian Operated trucks. Conduct regular stock checks and oversee returns while working to minimize waste and promote recycling. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), collaborate within a team to maintain audit readiness, and contribute to achieving team and company-wide targets. What’s in it for you? About You For the role of Warehouse Operative we are looking for: Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties, paying great attention to detail. Be open to learn new things such as Fork Lift Truck operation and Counterbalance training. Be positive and energetic and enjoy working in a team.
