This role is crucial in ensuring efficient and timely delivery of our packaging products. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop, maintain, and execute complex production schedules in alignment with sales forecasts, customer orders, and plant capacity. /liliAnalyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and reduce lead times. /liliManage raw material and finished goods inventory levels to minimize obsolescence and maximize availability, utilizing advanced planning systems. /liliCollaborate closely with sales, procurement, production, and logistics departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication. /liliLead efforts in demand planning and forecasting, incorporating market trends and historical data. /liliImplement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to planning accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turns. /liliParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and system enhancements. /liliMentor and support junior planners, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. /liliProven experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP) is essential. /liliStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. /liliExcellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. /liliFluency in Italian and English is required. /liliDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing setting. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
