You will ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation, supporting a seamless and exceptional guest experience. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliSupervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all rooms and public areas meet luxury standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. /liliLead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team, fostering a professional, collaborative, and disciplined work environment. /liliMaintain constant communication with the Housekeeping Manager to align priorities, updates, and operational needs. /liliConduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas, addressing issues promptly and maintaining quality standards. /liliCoordinate with Front Office, FB, Spa, and other departments to ensure smooth guest operations and timely room readiness. /liliManage housekeeping schedules, staff assignments, and workflow to optimize efficiency without compromising quality. /liliMonitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, requesting replenishments as needed. /liliEnsure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene procedures across all housekeeping activities. /liliRespond to guest requests, preferences, and special requirements with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. /liliSupport process improvements, standard operating procedures, and training initiatives to elevate service excellence. /li /ulh3Candidate Profile /h3ulliMinimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality environments. /liliStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and guide staff. /liliFluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus. /liliMeticulous, organised, and attentive to detail, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating effectively with multiple departments. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
