Be engaged with top Off-Highway OEM in a global multinational organization. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliLead all relevant quality and cross‑functional activities, with particular emphasis on the process gaps that might lead to Customer claims disruptions. /li /brliMonitor and drive plant quality activities, Customers and Suppliers (external and internal) quality (DOA – Defect on Arrival), Customer relationships, proactive continuous improvement activities, technical problem‑solving leadership and activities (8D reports or similar formats), corrective action activities, plant support activities. /li /brliSupport Product Service Support team to contain, investigate and apply corrective actions for Customer field issues (DOF – Defect on Field). /li /brliRepresent the Voice of the Customer by cross‑functional coordinating plant departments (production, manufacturing, purchasing, sales logistics) aiming to ensure the ultimate Customer satisfaction. /li /brliMaintain and improve plant quality management systems consistent with Customer (CSR) and ISO 9001 requirements. /li /brliTrack, maintain and report out relevant quality KPI’s (External PPM report, Quality Issues, Customer Scorecard, Scrap, etc.). /li /brliParticipate and support continuous improvement activities and projects (DOS, Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, Red X, Black Belt, and ITS programs). /li /brliBe part of the Advanced Product Quality Planning process in order to ensure safe launch of new projects, including PPAP activities. /li /brliMaintain and improve the implementation of the automotive core tools. /li /br /ul /brh3Job position requirements /h3 /brpEducation: University bachelor degree – Bachelor Degree in Engineering /p /brh3Professional background /h3 /brul /brli5 years of experience in a quality manufacturing environment; /li /brliTier1 automotive component supplier manufacturing experience preferred. /li /brliStrong knowledge in AIAG core tools: FMEA / PPAP / APQP / MSA / SPC. /li /brliDetailed knowledge of ISO 9001. /li /brliKnowledge of problem solving tools methods (8D reports, 5 Why,…). /li /brliProficient in GDT. /li /brliKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing. /li /brliThorough understanding of process engineering principles. /li /brliComputer proficiency in MS Office, ERP (SAP preferred), PLM CompliantPro. /li /brliHigh proficiency in understanding math data, interpretation and part measurement. /li /brliEffective communication and high proficiency in reporting. /li /brliAvailable to travel as required (~ 10%). /li /brliEnglish proficiency required (B2/C1, written and spoken both). /li /br /ul /brh3Considered as a plus /h3 /brul /brliAbility to handle multiple projects and deadlines. /li /brliAbility to influence, escalates issues and ideas, and persuade team and positively manage conflict and solving problems. /li /brliExemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated people management. /li /brliBusiness acumen. /li /brliStrong organizational and analytical skills. /li /br /ul /brp“If you are not contacted within 60 days after your application, the search should be considered filled.
