Manage and maintain IT/OT devices (e.g. NAS, routers, firewalls, switches, and industrial PCs)Support and implement Cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. IEC 62443, NIS2 Directive)Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructures in industrial environmentsPerform installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities at customer sitesProvide remote and onsite technical support (hotline and diagnostic services)Document interventions and ensure compliance with Siemens' quality and security standards
In the medium to long term, you will:
Become the technical point of reference for Cybersecurity & Digital topics within the Service Execution divisionContribute to the development of new service offerings and continuous improvement initiativesSupport customer awareness and training on OT security best practices
To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:
Proven experience in technical service, support, or system integration roles focused on Cybersecurity, IT/OT networking, or digital infrastructureBachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related technical diplomaPractical knowledge of network security technologies (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, patch management, access control)Familiarity with Cybersecurity frameworks and standards (IEC 62443, NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST)Understanding of IT/OT convergence concepts, including secure remote access and asset managementCustomer orientation, problem solving, teamwork skillsWillingness to travel frequently across Italy, and occasionally abroadFluency in Italian and English, both written and spokenProactive attitude, autonomy, teamwork, and focus on delivering results and customer satisfaction
