We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Talent Scout to join our growing team.
Location: Remote / Work from Home
Schedule: Flexible (minimum 30 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future recruitment needs
* Create and manage job postings across relevant platforms
* Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
* Coordinate interview logistics and maintain candidate communication
* Update recruitment dashboards and track hiring progress
* Contribute to employer branding and recruitment strategy initiatives
* Support internal talent development within the organization
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment
* Strong sourcing skills with proven success in identifying top talent
* Proficient in using LinkedIn and social media for recruitment
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
* Experience with ATS platforms such as Teamtailor is preferred
* Reliable, organized, and able to commit to at least 30 hours per week
