Supply Chain Operations Manager
The Supply Chain Operations Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the planning and coordination of logistics flows, ensuring seamless inventory management, and driving operational efficiency across the entire supply chain. This position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with an analytical and detail-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan medium- and long-term activities and oversee the detailed scheduling of all production processes.
* Supervise the MPS/MRP process in SAP for procurement activities, aiming to optimize stock levels, improve flows, and storage processes.
* Collaborate with the Supply Chain & Procurement Director in defining planning policies, budgets, and forecasts.
* Manage inventory with a focus on reducing obsolescence risk.
* Lead the Demand Planning process with the goal of maintaining high service levels, customer satisfaction, and budget alignment.
* Supervise Logistics & Import/Export flows, ensuring proper handling of customs and UTF procedures.
* Analyze company data and evaluate performance to optimize supply chain flows.
Required Qualifications:
* Degree in Business Administration or Management Engineering, or at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of SAP (MPS/MRP modules) and expertise in managing GMP-regulated production processes.
* Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, simulations).
* Understanding of national and international transport regulations, inventory management, and good command of English.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with an analytical and detail-oriented approach.
