Responsibilities Manage daily logistic operations, vendor provisioning, and shipment management. Coordinate internal inventories, ensuring data quality in asset management. Monitor spare parts and materials stored in the warehouses maintaining accurate inventory records. Manage daily shipments in coordination with suppliers and customs brokers. Enforce internal processes in logistic management, collaborating with internal teams for system enhancements Provide regular performance reports to senior management, recommending improvements where necessary Qualifications Broad knowledge of import and export management (EU and Extra EU countries), EU safety standards for material and devices, CE certifications and regulatory requirements. Good knowledge of INCOTERMS and international Import/Export regulations for materials and devices.
